To the husbands who call the day before Mother’s Day.   Know that I will never say "NO" even if it requires me to stay up all night to make sure their four strand Mother’s Bracelet is complete before dawn.  Thank you.

And to the children who graciously show up on my doorstep while their pink scooters and bicycles decorate my sidewalk.  Just watching their eyes as they scan my table of ready-to-purchase jewelry, looking for that special piece just for mom or their sister, whether you show me twenty-five cents or a dollar, know that the price of the piece you’ve selected will always match your pocket.  Thank you.

And to Lindsay and Ciara, your hard work never goes unnoticed.  Thank you for all you are to me.
