Team Jake
On March 11, 2010 Jake was rushed to Children's Hospital in Boston in critical condition. Jake was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.. It is our sincere hope that they find a cure for this awful disease that affects so many. Thank you all for your support:)! Please consider walking with us or making a donation to "Team Jake"!
